Jealousy is an emotion that often leads to thoughts and actions that are unbecoming of the individual afflicted with these adverse feelings. Recognizing jealousy may help in keeping it under control. Often times, however, the afflicted fail to admit jealousy has overcome their emotions.

Fluffy

By R. Renée Bembry

I thought it was Fluffy

Or maybe hickory

You were jealous of

When it comes to me

But Fluffy is a cat

Hickory a tall tree

I often sit near

So how do you like that?
