Weather Poems
Writing poems about weather opens vast doors of subjects from gentle rains to thunderous storms. On one hand, weather brings beauty and joy to earth via soft sunshine, gentle breezes, and floating snowflakes. On the opposite hand, rains may turn to floods that lead to loss of homes slithering down hills in mudslides. Accumulated snow by the inches often lead to loss of life via vehicular accidents and freezing temperatures.

I Like the Cold
I like the cold
The cold likes me
But when it starts freezing
I sandwich in the sheets
